Excellent treatment and a super friendly team. The ladies at the reception are great; if I've needed to change my appointment, they've tried to help where possible and are always really chatty when I visit. Dr Antonio is the best dentist I've had in a long time, I've visited a few times over the last couple of months, and the treatment I've received is outstanding. If you're thinking about giving this one a try, I highly recommend it :)
This a long overdue review. Luke is one of the most in demand dentists in London and once you meet him it’s clear to see why. The organisation, friendliness and level of service in the practice is outstanding. Luke’s time is certainly not cheap, but you get what you pay for. My personal treatment included veneers, lower Invisalign with whitening and an upper implant fitted. The hygienist Priyanka is also outstanding. Thanks Royal Wharf Dental and the whole team!
A lovely dentist if I’m being honest- HOWEVER I must admit I didn’t receive a nice attitude from the woman at the front desk at all. Completely unprofessional and must admit when listening to her conversation with another employee they were talking about a customer. Despite the work being okay, I would not return due to this.
I had dental implants from a previous dentist but they closed down and left me with issues with my implants. It took me a while to find a dentist but Luke and the team provided honest excellent service and it has given me confidence to get new dental implants soon.
This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Every person working here is genuinely caring and kind. I had so many appointments with them and was never disappointed afterwards. I very much recommend this place to anyone looking to be taken care of.
Amazing service, the best clinic! So happy with my results! I searched the internet for Dr Luke after I met him at a really expensive clinic, extremely happy that he has his own business as his prices are so good. The reception girls are so lovely too!
Amazing service and amazing dentistry! Wanted my teeth done for years and never found a dentist I trusted enough or didn't feel nervous around after some bad experiences. Took a chance and visited Royal Wharf and will never go anywhere else now. Honestly I get several complements daily about my teeth, my smile is so so perfect thanks to Luke! Went above and beyond to make me happy.
I was recommended this practice by my son. I had an initial consultation with Dr. Luke and a clear plan was discussed. I received the plan via email and an estimate for the dental work. Today I saw the hygienist, Priyanka Jadav. I have never felt so looked after and well cared for. I don’t think a hygienist has ever been so thorough, my teeth feel amazing. I have a clear treatment plan at a reasonable cost. From walking into reception to the treatment I received, the immaculate, well designed rooms to the attitude of the staff. Very impressed so far and I would highly recommend this practice.
I really wanted this place to be great because of it’s location, having treatment there would be very convenient. But we waited for so long for a treatment plan that never came for my husband and after sending so many emails they did another checkup and again after months no treatment plan nothing started and left us very very disappointed. If you want a dental clinic that really cares about you as a human find another one.
Dr Luke. He has transformed My smile. My mums smile and my sisters smile. He has also transformed our confidence and our outlook. The idea of smiling for me before getting my treatment was awful, I hated my teeth however after months of hard work with braces, aligners and a strict whitening routine I am confident and comfortable in my smile. I cannot sing high enough praises. The atmosphere he has created is not that of a ordinary dentist but a place of well-being. Gone are the days of the old fashioned dentist waiting rooms with old magazines and smooth fm on a old radio. A freshly designed waiting room with lots of windows creates a luxury experience.5*
Amazing service from Luke and the team. Great practice and the willingness to drop everything and move things around at the last minute to accommodate what they can - especially given all 2020 has thrown at them - is honestly second to none
This dental surgery is amazing and the team goes above and beyond to help find solutions that will work for you!I broke a tooth during lockdown 1.0. After an initial appointment with Dr. Antonio, I knew how we were going to fix it (along with a couple of other things), along with exactly how much it would cost.Dr Antonio and the team are caring and supportive and make the whole dental experience easy and pain free.
This dental practice is the best one I ever visited. The team is amazing, really take the time to listen to you and make sure that you're 100% comfortable before they start their treatments. Dr. Antonio is really a superstar and helped me to no longer be nervous when going to the dentist. Would highly recommend this practice.
During lockdown my molar broke in half and my NHS dentist is not allowed to fix it due to regulations. My NHS dentist was also very concerned about how the roots of the tooth were very close to the nerves in my jaw. So I got in touch with Royal Wharf Dental for a second opinion. And they were able to accommodate me in the following week.Due to some very bad experiences in the past, I am very reluctant to go to see any dentists. But Dr Benish Qadir was very reassuring and him and the nurse was great. They had a special rubber screen that would only allow him to focus on the tooth and no fluid or bits were dropped to the back of my mouth, this was a very good idea. I felt no pain during my 1 hour plus session. Then the following week, I saw Dr. Thorley and he made the cap for the tooth within two hours. Everything has been fine so far. Very efficient and great service.
My second time getting dental work done with Dr. Luke since he moved to his new clinic, better location, better value and extremely clean but the results are the main reason I will be a client for life . Highly recommended.
By far the best dentist practice I have ever been to. The price you pay, can not compare to the quality of work that Luke and the rest of the staff provide. It is the highest quality and friendliest service and I always feel like I should be paying more. From entrance to exit, I feel like a VIP and I will never leave this practice. I’ve bumped in to celebrities in the practice a couple of times, but you’re always made to feel just as important as them. Royal Wharf Dental has transformed my smile and transformed my life, and I cannot recommend them enough.
This is the practice the local community have been waiting for. Most dental practices feel too corporate and you will see a different dentist everytime you go. At this practice you certainly will not feel that. Luke is the owner and the lead dentist, and he ensures that all parts of the practice is run exactly how he wants making sure his patients are absolute priority. He even gives out his personal number to his patients to make sure that all his patients have direct access to him should they have an emergency. Vital when dental emergencies always seem to happen a day before an important event!Lovely guy. Lovely surroundings. Excellent dentist.
